The Role
As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Remus Uomo Braehead store, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience, building community and delivering a connected retail strategy.
You will help build, develop and lead a high performing team, and be responsible for ensuring the store achieves its commercial objectives. This will involve maintaining a customer-centric culture where customer satisfaction is paramount.
You will drive the performance and profitability of your store with appropriate data insights, close KPI management and budget controls.
Additionally, your role will involve:
– Management of the Visual Merchandising throughout the store.
– Managing inventory, stock levels
– Ensuring the company is legally compliant in everything they do
– Resolving operational issues
– Providing regular reports on performance and metrics
