We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle OFSAA Senior Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking industry, compliance domain, and significant expertise in Oracle OFSAA. The candidate must have a university degree in science or business (3/4 years).

You will have:

1. 7-10 years of experience in Banking Industry
2. 5 years of experience in Compliance Domain
3. 8+ years of experience in Oracle OFSAA (ECM, CRR, ER)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and support Oracle OFSAA (ECM, CRR, ER) solutions.
2. Ensure the integrity and performance of the SQL databases.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale projects.
4. Provide L3 production support when needed.
5. Stay organized and responsive to ensure project milestones are met.
6. Quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Education, experience and skills you need:

Skills:

• Excellent proficiency in SQL
• Core Java skill is a plus
• Production L3 support experience is a plus
• Experience with large scale projects and teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a quick learner and self-starter
• Familiarity with Compliance studio
• Strong organisational and responsiveness skills
