Summary of Role: The Workplace Coach will deliver structured coaching to both external clients and internal Remtek staff. This includes supporting individuals referred through workplace programmes such as Access to Work, as well as providing internal coaching to employees to support professional development, performance, and workplace wellbeing. The role focuses on helping individuals develop practical strategies to manage workplace challenges, build confidence, and maximise their strengths. The successful candidate will work within Remtek’s established coaching frameworks and documentation systems while maintaining high standards of professional coaching practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching Delivery – External Clients: Deliver structured one-to-one workplace coaching sessions; Support individuals experiencing challenges related to neurodiversity, disability, or workplace adjustment; Assist clients in developing strategies for organisation, prioritisation, communication, and confidence; Apply appropriate coaching models and approaches to support measurable progress.
- Coaching Delivery – Internal Staff: Provide one-to-one coaching support to Remtek employees where appropriate; Support staff development, confidence, and workplace performance; Contribute to the organisation’s learning and development culture; Support staff navigating workplace challenges or role transitions.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate coaching documentation including session records, PDPs, and timesheets; Ensure documentation complies with Remtek procedures and GDPR requirements.
- Professional Standards: Maintain ethical coaching practice aligned with recognised coaching standards; Respect confidentiality and professional boundaries; Participate in supervision and professional development where required; Work closely with the Head of Coaching & Mentoring to maintain high standards of coaching delivery; Collaborate with internal teams to support staff development initiatives; Provide feedback to improve coaching programmes and services.
Qualifications:
- Professional coaching certification (e.g. ILM, ICF, EMCC) is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting adults in a workplace or professional environment.
- Strong understanding of neurodiversity and disability in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Experience with Access to Work clients.
- Knowledge of assistive technology and workplace adjustments.
- Background in coaching, training, or support roles.
