Uniserve is seeking a dynamic and proactive Transport Supervisor to efficiently oversee and manage our transport operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of goods, leading and coordinating our dedicated team across various shift patterns. Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am until 7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimise transport operations: Manage fleet activities, scheduling, and route planning to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead and coordinate team members: Supervise drivers and operational staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance.
