Role Responsibilities:

1. Conducting outbound sales calls and telemarketing to businesses (no consumer calls)
2. Generating high-quality leads and setting appointments
3. Focusing on quality over quantity to maximize overall results
4. Juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously
5. Identifying and targeting key companies and personnel
6. Influencing prospective customers through effective communication

Achieving results for our customers is critical. You must enjoy the challenge of finding & generating new sales opportunities and enjoy the buzz when these are created. If you are a confident person who enjoys a prospecting role then this is perfect for you.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 5 years telemarketing experience minimum
2. Outbound B2B telemarketing / telesales / call experience essential
3. Able to work on own initiative / works well as part of a team
4. People person
5. Good communicator
6. Proven track record
7. Self-motivated
8. Good attitude with energy and passion to succeed
9. Someone with a genuine drive and willingness to get results for clients
10. A professional, friendly and confident telephone manner

Location: Work from home (remote). They can be based anywhere in the UK & Ireland.

Hours: Office hours are 8.45am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday. 8.45am – 4pm on a Friday with an early finish of 1pm.
