What We\’re Looking For:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
4. Previous sales experience – Upselling/Cross selling.
5. Comfortable with technology and using multiple software platforms, including CRM systems.
6. Previous experience in customer service, call centre or sales roles is essential.

Requirements:

1. Reliable high-speed internet connection.
2. Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings, depending on business needs.
