We are looking for a strong Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote to join our squad and elevate the quality of our products.

As our Remote Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and refining target user personas
  • Performing user research to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation
  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements
  • Translating user stories and features into low-fidelity wireframes, storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, and other design artifacts
  • Creating high-fidelity mockups and screen flows
  • Ensuring engineering excellence by developing test infrastructures, writing documentation, and following an agile methodology
  • Adhering to development best practices (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews)
  • Communicating actively with stakeholders, team members, and clients

What We Value:

  • Over 3 years of experience working with scale-ups, exposed to a growing user base
  • Understanding of various SaaS components (charts, tables, workflows, etc.) and experience designing with complex data visualizations
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Knowledge of wireframing tools
  • Start-up enthusiasm with excellent remote communication skills
  • Proactiveness in driving roadmaps and improvements
