What You\’ll Bring
- Experience in customer support routines, demonstrating your dedication to providing top-notch service.
- Knowledge of relational database modeling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, among others), and data manipulation via ETL, enabling you to dive deep into the technical aspects of our solutions.
- A degree in information technology-related fields, showcasing your commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry.
- Fluent in both English and Greek languages, with additional languages such as German or French being a plus.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Success: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be a critical part of our clients\’ success stories. You\’ll provide level 2 support, ensuring compliance with customer requirements (SLA/service level) regarding request handling, logging, resolution, and administration of operational technology platforms.
- Innovation at Heart: Thrives on innovation, and you\’ll have the opportunity to propose technical solutions, assess and test applications and systems developed by our development teams or external IT suppliers.
