About Role
We’re looking for a data‑obsessed Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and scaling paid campaigns. In this role, you will plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing digital campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, while working closely with creative, analytics, product, and CRM teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in turning marketing spend into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), and Microsoft Bing Ads
- Build high-performing campaign structures including ad sets, audiences, ad groups, creatives, and bidding strategies
- Design and run A/B tests on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments
- Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize ROI and scale profitable campaigns
- Performance Optimization
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and LTV
- Identify high-performing audience segments and scale winning campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor benchmarking
- Implement advanced targeting strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom segments
- Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Bing UET
- Monitor funnel performance and attribution models across channels
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and campaign efficiency
- Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Provide data-driven creative briefs based on campaign insights
- Work with product and CRO teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates
Who You Are
- 2–4 Years in the Trenches: You’ve managed significant monthly spends and have the receipts to prove your success.
- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 Institute (IIT, NIT, or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, YouTube, Demand Gen)
- Experience managing campaigns on Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Strong understanding of campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience running A/B tests and interpreting campaign performance data
The Edge
- Experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or programmatic DSPs
- Experience in SaaS, AdTech, D2C, Creator Economy, or Growth Marketing environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or customer lifecycle platforms
