We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Lead – Partnerships to own and scale our agency and ecosystem partnerships at PushOwl. This role will be responsible for building high-impact collaborations, driving revenue through partners, and shaping our partnerships strategy end-to-end.

If you have strong experience in the Shopify ecosystem (or eCommerce SaaS), enjoy building relationships at scale, and can turn partnerships into a growth engine — this role is for you.

PushOwl is a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS company serving 50,000+ customers globally, primarily in the US and Europe. We help brands like Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, Tissot, Chanel, and L’Occitane drive revenue through targeted marketing. We are part of Brevo and are building a powerful omnichannel marketing suite.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead and scale agency & strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Define and execute the partnerships strategy aligned with business goals
  • Build and manage high-value relationships with key agency partners
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners within the Shopify ecosystem
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives and demand generation with partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
  • Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance and ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development
  • Experience in Shopify ecosystem / eCommerce / SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote/startup environment
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members
