They are also one of the 100 most promising companies in AI in the world (according to CB Insights, 2023) with 150+ employees and growing, fully multicultural and international.Required Qualifications Bachelor\\\’s degree in computer science or related field.2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, monitoring tools and related technologies (macOS, Linux, Microsoft 365, hardware experience)Experience in endpoint devices management and incident managementVendor management experienceKnowledge of best practices in IT administration and system securityExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsFluency in English and SpanishAs an IT Systems Engineer, you will Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines and SOP (standard operating procedure)Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management toolsEnsure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.Implements warranty and support activitiesPlan and implement system automation as required for better efficiencyDesign, review, document and implement policies and procedures to maintain standardization of day-to-day IT functionsSupport the employees on daily office IT operations when needed.General software management and creation of usersImplement security best practices, including patching, access control and policies, endpoint protection, etc.Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure and reliable access to internal resources via VPNPreferred Qualifications Experience with technical support for SlackExperience working with Apple devicesExperience with JAMFExperience with FortinetExperience with scripting languagesKnowledge of AWSWe offer Competitive annual salaryTwo unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion.Relocation package (if applicable).Up to 9-month contract, ending on June 2026.Hybrid role and flexible working hours.Be part of a fast-scaling Series B company at the forefront of deep tech.Equal pay guaranteed.International exposure in a multicultural, cutting-edge environment.
