For the extension of the CBU & EBU Identity and Access management squad, we are searching for a senior IDM component lead developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ForgeRock IDM component of CIAM Proximus. The candidate will be the main technical contact person for all Identity Lifecycle management solutions implemented within IDM. The role requires a deep understanding of IAM security concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. The candidate has extensive knowledge of the ForgeRock platform, gathered by several years of experience actively working on identity life cycle management of a large organisation using IDM.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clean technical solutions for identity lifecycle management.
  • Make improvement suggestions towards our current IDM setup.
  • Guard and improve the performance of our IDM setup.
  • Governance on IDM connector development.
  • Develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform.
  • Configure and customize other ForgeRock components such as AM, DS, and IG.
  • Design and deploy IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems.
  • Setting up data quality checks and keeping all the different sources in sync.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems within the enterprise.
  • Perform maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with analysts to gather requirements and deliver correct solutions.
  • Document IAM processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience doing identity life cycle management with IDM.
  • Extensive knowledge of AM and DS.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, ...).
  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Experience with Azure AD is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
