About RemotePass
RemotePass is a global fintech and workforce management platform that helps companies hire, manage, and pay distributed teams across 150+ countries.
The Role
We are building the content engine behind one of the fastest-growing global employment platforms and we need someone senior enough to own it. This isn’t a "write blogs from briefs" role. You’ll shape what RemotePass has to say across complex, high-stakes topics where most competitors sound identical, and you’ll do it at a pace that actually moves the needle. We’re hiring a Senior Content Strategist to own our content roadmap and produce the work that drives it: long-form SEO content, landing pages, ad copy, research reports, and everything in between. You won’t own SEO strategy; our Growth Product Manager handles keyword targeting, technical SEO, and performance measurement. Your job is to take those inputs and decide how we talk about the topics that matter. You’ll shape the narrative, build the editorial plan, and produce content at scale across formats.
Day To Day, This Means You’ll:
- Own the content roadmap, pillars, and editorial calendar
- Write long-form SEO content: pillar pages, guides, blog series, thought leadership
- Produce ad copy for performance campaigns and copy for landing pages and website
- Run our half-yearly research reports end-to-end; data gathering, synthesis, angle development, the final asset, and everything that spins off it (lead magnets, blog posts, outbound proof points)
- Build and continuously improve AI-powered content workflows so we can produce more without losing quality where it counts
- Work closely with the Growth PM, designer, and social media lead.
Requirements
You:
- 7-9 years in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles in B2B
- A portfolio that shows range: long-form content that ranks and reads well, plus short-form copy that converts
- Strong understanding of SEO content principles (search intent, on-page structure, internal linking), even if you’re not the one running the tools
- Proven experience building and owning a content roadmap independently
- Have produced data-driven research projects end-to-end, not just the writing, but the data, the angles, and the derivative content plan
- Genuinely comfortable with AI-assisted content production: you’ve built workflows, not just prompted a chatbot
- Sharp editorial judgment: you know when something needs deep craft and when good-enough-shipped-fast is the right call
- Collaborative by default: you work well across SEO, design, social, and leadership without needing a rigid process
Nice to Have:
- HR Tech, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Experience with multi-market or localised content strategies
