About RemotePass

RemotePass is transforming the way businesses hire, manage, and pay global teams. Recognised as one of G2's Top 100 Fastest Growing Software Products, we help companies break down geographical barriers, simplify compliance, and connect with top talent worldwide. Our platform enables high-performing remote teams to thrive from hiring and onboarding to payroll and compliance.

Role Overview

Our Product Marketing Manager is the talent that can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to how we tell our story, both internally and to the market. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining what makes us different and ensuring that difference is powerfully communicated.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, responsible for crafting the narrative that sets us apart in a competitive market. You will lead our go-to-market (GTM) strategies, shape our messaging framework, and build the sales enablement toolkit that gives our teams confidence and credibility in every conversation. You need to be a storyteller at heart, obsessed with seeing how other brands communicate but always coming back to data in the decisions you make.

You will tackle one of our biggest challenges: ensuring everyone across the business understands and can articulate what truly differentiates us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Insights & Validation: Conduct customer interviews to test messaging, validate pain points and uncover fresh insights that refine our positioning.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Build and maintain the company's central messaging house and positioning documents, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Sales Enablement: Create compelling assets such as sales decks, competitive battle cards (e.g., 'Us vs. competitors'), product one-pagers, and case studies that equip our commercial teams to win.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead all GTM strategy meetings for new product launches, coordinating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor messaging and G2 reviews to identify new differentiation opportunities and strategic insights.
  • Commercial Impact: Work with the sales team to move conversations away from price by providing strong, defensible positioning and polished enablement tools that increase credibility and improve the opportunity-to-close-won ratio.
  • Product Storytelling: Ensure innovative features generate the market 'buzz' they deserve by translating complex engineering work into clear customer value.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B (ideally SaaS)
  • Proven experience building GTM frameworks, messaging hierarchies and sales enablement assets driving tangible results
  • Demonstrated success in building and structuring product marketing functions that drive measurable commercial impact
  • Comfortable interviewing customers and synthesizing insights into actionable messaging
  • Strong commercial mindset: understanding how positioning and enablement directly influence sales outcomes
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with storytelling at the heart of everything you do
  • Analytical and structured, yet creative in how you approach storytelling
