We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive EOR & Payroll Partnerships Specialist to support our global payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) operations. You will play a vital role in managing relationships with our payroll & EOR partners, ensuring performance standards are met, assisting in country expansions, and supporting pricing reviews and negotiations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys operations, relationship management, and problem-solving in a fast-paced startup setting. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as Payroll, Legal, Finance, Employee Experience and Customer Success to ensure our partner ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain day-to-day communication with EOR and payroll partners across multiple countries.
- Monitor and track partner performance against agreed SLAs.
- Log and follow up on partner escalations, delays, and service concerns to resolution.
- Maintain internal trackers, feedback logs, and contract documentation for all active partners.
- Assist in onboarding new payroll or EOR partners, including internal coordination with Legal, Compliance, and EOR operations teams.
- Support new country launches by gathering partner information, supporting due diligence, and helping prepare project timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential partners in new or changing markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Payroll, Legal, Finance, Employee Experience and Customer Success) to support smooth partner integrations and changes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for partner contacts, SLAs, pricing terms, and process workflows.
- 3–4 years of experience in partner coordination, payroll operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with global payroll practices, Employer of Record models, or working with EOR and payroll service providers.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when dealing with external partners and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or countries at once in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, trackers, and basic project management tools.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment, particularly in the EOR space, is a plus.
