The brand is highly visual, storytelling-driven, and deeply rooted in social media virality. This is a high-ownership performance marketing role with a strong emphasis on creative strategy. You will be responsible for turning organic content into scalable paid campaigns, working closely with our content creator and graphic designer, and leading paid growth across Meta and Google Ads. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, move fast, and scale without constant hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Acquisition & Scaling
- Own and scale paid media across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

- Manage and optimize budgets starting from $20K/month and scale based on performance
- Drive profitable growth with clear revenue impact
- Creative Strategy (Core Focus)
- Define what creatives to test and why — hooks, angles, formats, storytelling
- Analyze creative performance and clearly articulate why something works or doesn’t
- Create structured creative briefs for: Content creator (UGC / on-camera storytelling), Graphic designer (static, video edits, AI-enhanced visuals)
- Continuously refine creative strategy based on data and platform signals
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with: In-house content creator (NY-based, product access), Graphic designer / video editor
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on creatives
- Bring new ideas, angles, and growth opportunities proactively
- Operate independently without daily step-by-step guidance
Must-Have Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience scaling 7-figure brands (or taking a brand from early 7 figures to multi-7 figures)
- Strong background in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks for DTC brands
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or women-focused consumer brands
- Ability to connect creative performance with revenue and scaling decisions
Strong Plus
- TikTok Ads experience
- Experience working with organic-first brands and scaling paid on top of organic traction
Personal Traits:
- Strategic thinker who doesn’t need constant hand-holding
- Comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes
- Strong communicator who can explain why something works
- Detail-aware but not execution-only
- Motivated, driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
What This Role Is NOT:
- Not just a media buyer executing someone else’s ideas
- Not a junior or training role
- Not a role focused only on reporting numbers without insights
Work Setup & Logistics:
- Location: Remote (anywhere in the world)
- Time overlap: 6 hours overlap with US Eastern Time
- Type: Trial-based start (project or part-time), with the goal of long-term collaboration
