Weβre looking for a Creator Success Manager to lead strategy and growth for digital creators on platforms like Passes and Fanfix. You\’ll be the go-to person for onboarding, monetization, content planning, and performance optimization.
What You\’ll Do:
- Manage Creators β Own relationships, lead onboarding, weekly check-ins, and growth strategies
- Launch & Monetization β Set up accounts, create tier plans, run launch calendars
- Content & Promotions β Plan weekly content drops, suggest TikTok/IG strategies, optimize for conversions
- Chat & Revenue β Align with chat team on DM strategy, track LTV, engagement, and upsells
- Operations β Work with Ops to improve internal systems, flag risks, and scale processes
- Recruit Creators β Identify and sign high-potential talent (500K+ followers, strong engagement)
- Reporting β Share weekly reports, lead optimization calls, and track KPIs in CRM
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience managing creators, influencers, or digital talent
- Hands-on experience with creator monetization platforms like Fanfix, Passes, OnlyFans, or Patreon
- Background in high-touch talent management or campaign strategy
- Ability to create and execute content plans, monetization strategies, and performance optimizations
- Strong understanding of DM/chat engagement flows, LTV, and upsell strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
