What you bring
- Bachelor\’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in international corporate FX position or a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills, able to work in virtual global teams
- Ability to execute tasks swiftly without compromising on precision
- Systematic approach to problems and prioritization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in fast-scaling startups or major global corporations is an advantage
- Project management experience is a plus
- CPA or CFA considered a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise timely execution and monitoring of the hedging program
- Identify and manage operational risks, escalate when necessary
- Improve productivity standards continuously
- Manage and optimize global FX risks and processes
- Develop and implement FX hedging strategies
- Forecast and analyze FX exposures
- Propose and execute FX trades using platforms like 360T
- Handle month-end reporting and valuations
- Negotiate FX rates with financial institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on FX strategies
- Monitor currency markets for trends
- Educate stakeholders on FX risks and opportunities
- Implement technology solutions for FX management
