What this job can offer you This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Senior Sales Planning Analyst within our Rev Ops and Acceleration team.We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged senior analyst to join our team. As one of the first members of the Sales Planning & Compensation team, you will have the opportunity to build and establish processes for all areas of ownership. In this role, you will be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Compensation and the VP of Revenue Operations by providing analyses, reporting, and insights in support of our quarterly and annual sales planning processes. You should have the ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate effectively and efficiently, and be excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What you bring

The base salary range for this full-time position is $40,887 USD – to $93,373 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
