What This Job Can Offer You
This role offers the unique opportunity to build a mechanized, intelligent lifecycle marketing system from the ground up, with full ownership over how lead data flows through the funnel—from acquisition to sales handoff—using automated, scalable systems. It provides a collaborative and high-impact environment, working closely with regional marketing teams, sales, and growth operations. You’ll have the ability to shape how enriched data and personalized workflows support full-funnel campaigns across multiple regions, with direct influence on delivering faster, smarter sales cycles through automation, personalization, and intelligent lead segmentation. All of this takes place within a fast-paced, product-driven company culture that prioritizes performance, personalization, and meaningful impact.
What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or demand generation.
  • Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and a passion for building scalable, intelligent systems.
  • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Openprise, and enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of API integrations, data flow architecture, and anti-spam best practices.
  • Strong background in lead routing, deliverability, and multi-inbox infrastructure.
  • A highly autonomous mindset, with a bias for action and optimization.
  • Collaborative nature and experience partnering with campaign and regional teams to drive impact.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is not required but is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities
️ Mechanized Outreach & Data Orchestration

  • Design and operate scalable, automated outreach systems using tools like Clay, internal data sources, and APIs.
  • Integrate data from platforms like LinkedIn Insights, Yelp API, and ZoomInfo to create enriched lead personas.

Intelligent Personalization & Campaign Support

  • Enable upstream personalization using custom objects in Salesforce and Clay workflows.
  • Build personalized lead flows and assets that power regional and lifecycle campaigns.

Lead Distribution & Deliverability

  • Build multi-inbox routing workflows to ensure optimal deliverability.
  • Implement automated systems for lead validation, fallback generation, and equitable distribution (e.g., round-robin).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to support inbound and outbound campaign plays, ABM, and event follow-ups.
  • Sync campaign performance, enriched data, and workflows across CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach).

Recommendation Engine & Smart Alerts

  • Develop a real-time intent framework using tools like 6sense to notify sales teams of high-potential leads.
  • Create CRM or Slack-based smart alerts and scoring logic to surface next-best-action insights.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $56,900-$192,050. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. Therefore, all compensation changes associated with an internal move will be reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case by case basis.
