All of our positions are fully remote. You do not have to relocate to join us! This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Director of Government Affairs & Policy, leading and growing this team. You will be the only member of this new team at the start, with opportunities to onboard vendors and new hires later.

What you bring:

  • Experience leading in-house Public Policy and Government Affairs functions globally
  • Extensive experience in government affairs, with a focus on the tech industry
  • Experience dealing with multiple context teams
  • Experience with multi-national corporate setups

  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy for Government Affairs and Policy globally
  • Align team strategy with overall business goals
  • Engage with government stakeholders at federal and local levels
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and legal advisors
  • Analyze legislation for potential impact on Remote
  • Drive efficiency and automation in projects
  • Manage department budget
  • Foster a high-performance team environment

  • Compensation: Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $165,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
