Key Responsibilities

  • Review and guarantee submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals
  • Coordinate existing relationships with payroll, accounting and benefits service providers
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers to run their monthly payroll cycle
  • Responsible for ensuring full data integrity
  • Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement

Location: You can fulfil this role from any location, but the knowledge of country payroll and language are required.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is 112,250 - 137,500 RON. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
