What you bring
- Proven business development success through core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
- Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
- Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and a positive phone presence
- Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude toward criticism and rejection
- Strong sense of urgency, self-starter, proactive, and idea-generating
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Fluency in English & Dutch
- Remote experience is a plus
Key responsibilities
- Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Sourcing new prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives
- Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess fit
- Support the Account Executive team as needed
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold-call prospects from various sources
- Identify key players, research requirements, and present solutions

Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $31,500-$70,950 USD. Base salary 70% of OTE. Salaries vary by role, level, location, and market.
