What you bring

  • Proven business development success through core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company
  • Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and a positive phone presence
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with a positive attitude toward criticism and rejection
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter, proactive, and idea-generating
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Fluency in English & Dutch
  • Remote experience is a plus

Key responsibilities

  • Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Sourcing new prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess fit
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold-call prospects from various sources
  • Identify key players, research requirements, and present solutions

Compensation

On-Target Earnings: $31,500-$70,950 USD. Base salary 70% of OTE. Salaries vary by role, level, location, and market.
