We are looking for a Solutions Consultant specialising in Global Payroll to join our Go To Market Solutions Consulting team. This role will partner with sales teams, provide expertise, and drive growth for Remote Global Payroll solution.

What You Bring

  • Pre‐Sales solution consulting experience, employing consultative techniques to understand client needs.
  • Consultancy and/or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Strong understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS; experience with contractor management tools, Employer of Record, Global Payroll, or HRIS.
  • A strong sales acumen and understanding of sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, conveying complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong technical aptitude, ability to quickly learn and analyse software solutions.
  • Team player, able to collaborate with distributed cross‐functional teams.
  • Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Relevant payroll certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM UK, EMEA equivalent) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting and software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with additional fluency in German or French a plus.
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute the sales strategy, enabling Remote to grow market share.
  • Serve as a Global Payroll subject‐matter expert, staying up‐to‐date on product features and industry developments.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Develop and iterate playbooks and materials that increase sale quality during the sales cycle.
  • Translate client business needs into scopes of work ready for implementation.
  • Ensure solutions consulting and sales teams are enabled on technical aspects and value proposition.
  • Provide insight and feedback to Product teams to meet market needs.
