The Position

As an HCM & GP Onboarding Consultant you will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience and solutions delivery. You will leverage deep knowledge of Remote HCM & GP products and a strong commitment to customer experience. You will be the first point of contact with the client and, together with the client, drive successful implementation and an exceptional client experience.

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience implementing global HCM and Payroll Solutions in a fast-paced environment for enterprise clients.
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various seniority levels (IT, Finance, Payroll, HR, C‑level).
  • Customer-focused with a genuine interest in solving problems and delivering solutions for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into product solutions.
  • Excellent project management and technical solutions delivery skills.
  • Writes and speaks fluent English.
  • Experience working remotely is not required but considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of multiple large-scale HCM & GP projects for global clients.
  • Partner with clients to gather and analyze their needs and develop implementation project plans.
  • Ensure internal cross-functional deliverables and timelines are aligned throughout the implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Provide guidance and training to client teams on HCM & GP functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders to ensure successful and timely implementation.
  • Develop and deliver customized client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system adoption.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support clients in change management activities, including user communication, stakeholder engagement, and post-implementation support.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and fair equity pay along with competitive benefits in all locations where we operate. We pay above in-location rates and aim to inspire other companies to support global talent-hiring and local wealth in developing countries. Salary bands reflect geographic pay differentials and the global nature of our workforce. The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,850 USD - $114,550 USD. The actual base pay depends on location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The annual salary range may evolve. Compensation changes for internal moves are reviewed case by case by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team.
