We’re now looking for a proven hunter - someone who thrives on the chase, commands respect in the wind industry and knows how to turn relationships into results. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the frontline of Coast’s growth. You’ll take full ownership of identifying, shaping and securing new business opportunities across the UK wind sector - building relationships that last and deals that deliver. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Operations and Finance teams to ensure every opportunity we win is deliverable, profitable and safe.

What you’ll do:
- Win new business that strengthens Coast’s position in the UK wind market.
- Execute Coast’s Proven Sales Process - from first contact to signed contract - with precision and discipline.
- Build deep, multi-level relationships within target accounts: asset owners, OEMs and service partners.
- Collaborate across the business to scope opportunities properly and set delivery teams up for success.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales data to support confident commercial decision-making.
- Represent Coast with integrity at industry events and customer sites across the UK.
