What this job can offer you This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as DIrector within our Revenue Operations team, managing the entire Revenue Tech Stack and related processes and policies.We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and engaged leader to join our Revenue Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency across our GTM Organization. You will be responsible for leveraging technology like Salesforce, Leandata, Outreach and others to support our GTM teams and provide them with a competitive advantage in the marketplace. You will be in charge of implementing business requirements, processes and policies in a highly effective and efficient way.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of revenue operations, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced scale-up environment. You will be a key partner to the VP of Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership by providing strategic guidance supported by tactical execution to improve our sales outcomes. What you bring

The base salary range for this full-time position is $131,300 USD to $184,650. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.At Remote, we foster internal mobility as a key element of our culture of employee growth and development, supported by a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness.
