- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or another senior marketing role
- Solid knowledge of Brand and Communications on a global scale
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong analytical mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in multiple languages
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and its challenges in various global markets covering multiple regions
- Experience working remotely is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement brand communication strategies, define brand value proposition, ensure message consistency, set goals, conduct market research, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Messaging and Content Creation: Create compelling brand messages, oversee content development, ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align internal stakeholders, develop internal communication programs, promote internal brand culture.
- Media Relations and Public Relations: Build media relationships, develop PR campaigns, handle crisis communication.
- Social Media: Oversee social media presence, develop digital marketing strategies, monitor brand engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets, ensure resource efficiency.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, set team goals, foster collaboration.

Remote Compensation Philosophy: Our salary range for this position is $145,300-$204,300 USD, determined by role, level, and location. We pay above in-location rates to support global talent and fair compensation.
