Role Summary
As the T&A Project Manager, you will ensure that Time & Attendance systems and processes across all countries are designed and implemented in line with statutory requirements, reducing compliance risk and supporting defensible audit outcomes. Your mission is to build compliance into every stage of T&A project delivery — ensuring all initiatives incorporate country-specific labor laws, working time regulations, collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), and payroll compliance requirements from initial design through go-live.
Acting as the central compliance liaison across T&A-related initiatives, you will translate legislative requirements into clear system controls, coordinate audit responses, and establish governance frameworks that balance regulatory rigor with scalable delivery. You will work closely with country compliance experts, Product, and Payroll Operations to ensure solutions are compliant by design — not reliant on reactive fixes.
