Requirements
As a Business Development Associate , you will play a key role in expanding Parcelly’s Location network—particularly in German-speaking markets—and support UK-based operations. You will work closely with our Network Team and contribute across several departments including operations, customer service, and partner support.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential Parcelly Locations in target regions
- Pitch Parcelly’s value proposition to local businesses and support onboarding
- Support network expansion in both UK and German-speaking markets
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing Parcelly partners
- Manage all interactions using Parcelly’s proprietary technology and CRM tools
- Assist with operational tasks and cross-functional projects across departments
- Handle customer service queries from business partners and end-users
- Contribute to internal and partner meetings with notes, research, and ideas
- Participate in testing and feedback for ongoing product improvements
