IRIS Software Group in Manchester or Slough (Hybrid) is seeking a proactive Customer Renewals Associate to join our growing Renewals team.
You will own a portfolio of SMB to mid-market customers, guide them through renewals, and help protect recurring revenue while ensuring clients derive value from our software.
Reporting to the Renewals Team Lead, you will build relationships, manage renewals from start to finish, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and other teams.
