Capital on Tap is seeking a hands-on Financial Crime Compliance professional to join the 2nd line team in London. You’ll investigate escalations end-to-end, decide outcomes for customer relationships, and, where warranted, submit SARs to the NCA yourself.
You'll work closely with the Deputy MLRO, build defensible evidence pictures, and maintain audit-ready case records while ensuring compliance with POCA, JMLSG, FCA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
