About the role
Moniepoint is an Africa based all in one financial platform powering payments, banking and business tools for millions of users. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end to end design for financial products, mentor others, and promote user centred design across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Define and execute design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs
- Lead end to end design process from discovery to final UI
- Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Develop micro interactions and motion to improve usability
What they're looking for
- 3+ years in a senior product design role with strong UX focus
- Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout and colour theory
- Experience with mobile and web platforms and responsive design
- Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology and user decision making
- Experience conducting usability testing and synthesising insights
- Figma mastery with auto layout, tokens, components and scalable libraries
