Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from intake briefings to offer stage and onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview high-calibre candidates across various roles and industries.
- Handle multiple vacancies at once with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update on progress and align on hiring goals.
- Write engaging job adverts and manage postings across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal ATS).
- Keep candidate records and pipelines organised and up to date in our CRM.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay on top of UK hiring trends and proactively identify strong matches for current and future roles.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in agency recruitment (360 or delivery), ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—both with clients and candidates.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
- A background placing roles in the UK market is a plus (but not required).
