Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top FMCG talent across international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations.
- Use a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Monitor sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate quality and conversion.
