As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging world-class engineers, researchers, and scientists across the UK and EU.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys crafting strategic outreach, and wants to develop their expertise in deep-tech recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle sourcing for highly technical roles such as Software Engineers, Machine Learning Scientists, and AI Researchers.
- Build and maintain strategic talent maps across European and UK markets.
- Engage passive and active candidates with tailored, high-impact outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on targeting, role positioning, and market insights.
- Draft clear and compelling candidate briefs and qualification notes.
- Maintain clean pipelines and report on sourcing metrics effectively.
- Refine search tactics, Boolean strings, and filters to optimise candidate engagement and performance.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2–5 years of sourcing experience within the tech/engineering space (ideally with exposure to AI, deep tech, or hardware recruitment).
- Strong understanding of European and UK tech markets.
- Proven ability to identify and attract highly technical profiles (e.g., software engineers, ML experts).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools such as Loxo, Juicebox, or equivalent CRMs.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to structure complex searches.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/computer.
