Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out inspections of residential and commercial properties across the UK to assess condition, identify defects, and recommend remedial action.
- Produce accurate and detailed reports, including HomeBuyer Reports, Building Surveys, and valuations, in line with RICS standards.
- Perform property valuations in accordance with the RICS Red Book and relevant UK legislation.
- Communicate findings clearly to clients, offering expert advice and practical recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with all RICS guidelines, professional ethics, and UK property regulations.
- Stay up to date with market trends, building regulations, and surveying best practices in the UK.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – essential.
- Degree in Building Surveying, Property Studies, Real Estate, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years\’ experience conducting property surveys and valuations.
- Experience with UK property standards is beneficial, but not mandatory – training and support will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, client-facing reports.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the UK (sponsorship/visa support provided for eligible candidates).
