We’re looking for a highly organised and proactivePart-Time Virtual Assistantto provide critical administrative support to a dynamic UK-based property business. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram to engage with key stakeholders
- Take accurate minutes during Monday meetings and share summaries promptly
- Maintain and update task lists, ensuring all to-dos are tracked and actioned
- Respond to client WhatsApp messages professionally and efficiently
- Manage diaries and calendars, including scheduling meetings and reminders
- Liaise with and follow up on solicitors for document progression or updates
