Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate sales quotes, both simple and complex, aligned with customer needs and company policies.
- Acknowledge and process quotes and queries within designated SLAs.
- Submit deal registrations within 2 hours of request.
- Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any related issues.
- Provide proactive support to customers and sales team, including responding to enquiries and forwarding warm leads to account managers.
- Support the Sales Director with order tracking, reporting, and open enquiry management.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system, including customer data, sales activities, recurring billing, and renewal opportunities.
- Generate detailed renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders, including potential revenue and profit data.
- Continuously seek process improvements to streamline sales support operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, administration, or logistics coordination role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tracking tools.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and service level agreements.
