In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying top scientific and technical talent, conducting insightful candidate conversations, and supporting end-to-end recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive searches to identify niche scientific and engineering professionals across hardware, life sciences, and emerging tech.
- Assess and interpret CVs that may lack standard terminology or clear parallels, using logical inference and domain understanding.
- Communicate credibly with highly skilled scientists and engineers, asking informed questions that uncover relevant experience and fit.
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews to qualify technical and cultural alignment.
- Collect and manage references with diligence and professionalism.
- Support recruitment operations for startup clients, including administrative tasks that contribute to business development.

Qualifications and Experience
