We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join a dynamic UK-based marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled digital marketer who thrives in a performance-focused environment and is ready to take full ownership of multiple client ad accounts. You’ll be stepping into a well-established portfolio of small-scale Google Ads accounts, with room to expand and manage new clients as the business grows.

If you enjoy specialising in Google Ads, want to avoid platform-hopping, and can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take over and manage ~5 existing small Google Ads accounts.
  • Quickly onboard and manage additional new client accounts as they come in.
  • Create, monitor, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI across various industries.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Stay current with Google Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate results clearly to the internal team and clients.
  • Manage budgets, A/B testing, keyword research, ad copy, and bidding strategies effectively.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet client goals and maintain consistent performance improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid media strategies.
  • Strong focus and passion for Google Ads – not interested in broader platform management.
  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and optimisation skills.
  • Confident using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and related reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable, high-speed internet connection.
