Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outreach via cold calling (150–200 daily), LinkedIn, and email to generate new client leads.
- Set up and lead sales meetings with hiring managers and business leaders across the UK.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships and become their go-to for talent solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from introduction and pitch to sending T&Cs, contracts, and handling onboarding admin.
- Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth handover and continued success for every client.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a 360 or business development recruitment role.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach at scale.
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.
