Role overview
We're hiring an IT Helpdesk Agent to be the first point of contact for technical issues.
You'll troubleshoot problems, log tickets, and help users get back to work quickly.
Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
- Respond to first-line IT support requests by phone, email and chat
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software and account issues
- Log and track tickets through to resolution
- Escalate complex problems to the right team with clear notes
- Guide users through fixes in plain, friendly language
