Role Overview
This is a senior, sales-led recruitment role within a specialist recruitment business operating across the UK and European enterprise technology markets, with future expansion into the US. The role focuses on ERP and enterprise application recruitment, placing professionals into systems that underpin core business operations. These are high-value, mission-critical environments where hiring decisions directly impact financial operations, manufacturing and supply chain performance, HR systems, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
You will work in a true 360 recruitment capacity, owning revenue from business development through to placement. This is not a resourcing, support, or delivery-only role. It requires commercial judgement, confidence, and the ability to sell credibly in candidate-short international markets. The role is fully remote and designed for recruiters who can operate autonomously, think commercially, and take accountability for outcomes without close supervision.
The Markets You Will Recruit Into
You will recruit into specialist ERP and enterprise technology markets, not generalist IT or high-volume tech recruitment. Typical systems and platforms include:
- ERP platforms such as NetSuite, IFS, Infor, Epicor, and comparable enterprise systems
- Enterprise HR and business applications, including HRIS and finance-led platforms
- Supporting enterprise technologies across systems integration, data migration, and application optimisation
Roles commonly include:
- ERP & Enterprise Application Consultants (functional and technical)
- ERP Developers, Systems Analysts, and Administrators
- Business Systems & Application Specialists
- Project Managers and Transformation Leads
- Implementation, Upgrade, and Optimisation Specialists
These roles are typically:
- Senior, specialist, and business-critical
- Delivered in candidate-driven markets
- Often contract-based or time-sensitive
- Aligned to transformation programmes, system rollouts, upgrades, or ongoing enterprise operations
You do not need to be a technical ERP expert, but you must be comfortable operating in complex, specialist markets where credibility, preparation, and intelligent questioning are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate new business with UK and European clients operating within ERP and enterprise technology environments
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition through to placement
- Qualify complex enterprise technology hiring requirements, understanding commercial drivers, delivery pressures, and stakeholder priorities
- Engage confidently with senior ERP professionals and enterprise stakeholders
- Influence client hiring processes, timelines, and decision-making to reduce drop-off and improve outcomes
- Build long-term client partnerships rather than transactional relationships
- Balance technology and tools with strong human selling skills
- Take full ownership of pipeline, revenue, and performance in a remote-first environment
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proven revenue-generating experience in agency recruitment or B2B sales
- Experience operating in international recruitment markets (UK, Europe, or US)
- Demonstrated success in a 360 recruitment model
- Comfortable recruiting into specialist or niche markets rather than purely generalist roles
- Evidence of resilience in competitive or candidate-driven markets
- Ability to sell credibly without scripts, presentations, or over-reliance on AI/automation
- Strong judgement, emotional control, and professional maturity
- Fully remote-ready with reliable internet and availability aligned to UK working hours
- 4+ years’ experience in agency recruitment
- Prior exposure to ERP, enterprise systems, or specialist technology recruitment
- Experience working with senior consultants, contractors, or transformation-led hiring
- Comfortable challenging clients on process, urgency, and market realities
- Motivated by long-term performance and reputation rather than short-term experimentation
