We are seeking a driven and personable Client Development Executive to join a dynamic Rec2Rec (Recruitment-to-Recruitment) agency. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships across the UK recruitment industry. Working Monday to Friday during UK business hours, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and managing accounts for one of the most well-regarded agencies in the sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential recruitment agency clients across the UK.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strategic outreach and communication.
- Conduct client needs analysis to match them with suitable candidates.
- Liaise with internal resourcing teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly business development targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends within the recruitment sector.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or business development (Rec2Rec experience highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
