We’re looking for an experienced Candidate Resourcer to support the sourcing and engagement of mid to senior-level professionals for contract and permanent roles in the UK. Working remotely from South Africa, you’ll be joining a high-performing recruitment team with a strong presence across multiple sectors. This position focuses on qualified, professional-level candidates where precision, professionalism, and consultative sourcing are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source mid to senior-level professionals for permanent and contract placements in the UK.
  • Engage in structured candidate outreach using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Self-disciplined, proactive, and highly organised.
