This role focuses on candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding support, and relationship building rather than sourcing new talent. The successful candidate will act as the owner of the interview process, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a critical role in maintaining communication, coordinating interview stages, and supporting both existing employees and prospective talent from the initial interview stages through to successful onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and building strong relationships, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interview processes simultaneously while ensuring new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end interview process for candidates once they enter the recruitment pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview journey.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple stages.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates regarding timelines, feedback, and next steps.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both current employees and prospective candidates.
- Ensure candidates have a professional and positive interview experience at every stage.
- Manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation, introductions, and early-stage communication with new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interview documentation within internal systems.
- Liaise closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure efficient interview progression.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience, onboarding journey, and interview process efficiency.

- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, candidate management, HR administration, talent operations, or onboarding support.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly personable with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage interview timelines effectively.
- Comfortable conducting initial screening conversations with candidates.
- Experience supporting or coordinating employee onboarding processes is advantageous.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with recruitment systems, scheduling tools, and standard office software.
