- Automate processes across a range of tools including GoHighLevel (CRM), Notion (project management), Slack (communication), and Google Workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to integrate AI-powered solutions into day-to-day operations.
- Translate existing SOPs and manual processes into efficient, scalable workflows.
- Maintain clean documentation and version control to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Refactor outdated automations into a robust, modern low-code stack.
- Uphold best practices for automation consistency, governance, and usability across teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience building low-code/no-code automations (e.g. Zapier, n8n, Make.com).
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, authentication flows, webhooks, data routing, and error handling.
- Experience working with tools such as GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Skilled at building automations that incorporate LLM responses and decision-based logic.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows — systems that can act, respond, and self-correct.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in a remote-first environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Bonus: Proficiency in JavaScript or prior experience in AI product environments.
