Remote Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven 360 Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role requires managing the entire recruitment process while building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding client requirements, sourcing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and candidates to ensure ongoing success.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to find quality candidates for diverse roles.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present suitable candidates to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their culture and staffing needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment software and provide regular updates to clients and candidates.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role or similar environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools for effective candidate tracking.
- Bachelor\\\’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
