We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior to Mid-Level Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior creative leadership to develop and execute visually compelling designs for digital campaigns. Your responsibilities will include producing high-quality creative assets for email campaigns, social media, and website content while ensuring brand consistency and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce email campaigns, paid social assets, website landing pages, and other digital content.
- Crop, adjust, and optimize creative assets for various platforms.
- Prepare and refine assets for presentations and client reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to execute creative direction quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to design details.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
- Enthusiasm for creative collaboration and working in a fast-moving team.
- Motion design experience is a plus but not required.
- Copywriting experience is a plus but not required.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
- Location: 100% Remote.
